Tomsk is a city in Russia, the administrative center of the region and district of the same name, located in the east of Western Siberia on the banks of the Tom River. The oldest large educational, scientific and innovation center in Siberia.
The city is rich in monuments of wooden and stone architecture of the XVIII-XX centuries.
