Marsaxlokk (Maltese: Marsaxlokk) is a town and community. It is located in the south-eastern part of the island of Malta, on the sea coast between Delimara Point and Benhiza Point.
The main trades of the local population are fishing and tourism. One of the attractions of the town are the brightly coloured fishing boats (luzzu) of the townspeople. Marsashlokk is also home to Malta’s newest power station, the Delimara Power Station, which was commissioned in 1992.
