Garda or Lago di Garda (Italian Lago di Garda) – the largest lake in Italy, located near the southern foothills of the Alps in the basin of glacial-tectonic origin. Surface area – 370 km ², depth – up to 346 m, the lake is navigable. From the lake flows the Mincho river (the left tributary of the Po river), the river Aril flows (it is considered the shortest river in Italy).
