Trinidad is a city in the south of the Cuban province of Sancti Spiritus off the coast of the Caribbean. Founded on January 4, 1514 by conquistador Diego Velasquez.

City Museum (houses and churches built at the turn of the XVIII and XIX centuries.). Since 1988 – in the list of UNESCO World Heritage. For a hundred years, this city was isolated from the rest of the island, thanks to which houses and cobbled streets are beautifully preserved.

The Ancon Spit (length 6 km) and the beach begin 12 km south-west of Trinidad.
